How many employees can you pay?
Minimum of 10.
Can you transmit payments into employees bank accounts on our behalf?
Yes. I can transmit a bank file directly from my software into your bank of choice.
How is this bank transfer set up?
I would need to be given authorisation from your bank which can be limited so that I can do bank deposits ONLY. This means that I have no visibility of balances or other account information which eliminates any confidentiality concerns.
Can you provide us with an employee bank file that we can transmit ourselves?
Yes, if you would prefer to handle the bank deposits I can send you the bank file to load into your bank of choice. If your bank is not set up to accept these files I can assist you with this process.
Can you pay and lodge superannuation payments on behalf of our employees to our nominated super fund or employees own super fund?
Yes, most employer nominated funds can be used as a clearing house providing at least 1 employee is set up using your nominated fund. Therefore, once I am set up as a user of your fund I can lodge all of your superannuation on line. Alternatively, if your super fund does not have this functionality alternative arrangements can be made.
Can you submit payroll tax if applicable?
Yes, I complete monthly PTax lodgements and payments along with the Annual Payroll tax reconciliation and payment.
Can you submit PAYG tax?
Yes.
Can you set up deductions for our employees such as unions, social club etc?
Yes.
Can you deliver payslips?
Yes, standard postage fees would apply. Alternatively, payslips can be emailed directly to your employees or in bulk to yourself for dispatch to your employees.
What sort of HR advice can you offer?
I can assist in ensuring your legislative obligations are met. Some examples are:

What do you charge for payroll services?
The fees associated with my service can differ from client to client. I.E Some clients provide me with individual time sheets per employee which need to be collated and then entered. Other clients provide me with collated times. Some clients have very detailed awards that incorporate several payment and deduction components whereas other clients employees are paid predominantly base salary only. A cost would be determined once I have reviewed your requirements.
